The Little Shop of Horrors team takes your security very personally. We must log into a secure administration site with a username and password to view any customer/sales information. In order to transfer sensitive information such as credit card accounts, we rely on secure encryption technology. We use information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties,except to the extent necessary to complete that order. We use return e-mail addresses to reply to the e-mail that we receive. Returns and Refunds
All of Little Shop of Horrors products are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of the invoice. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. There will be no returns on Masks, Costumes, Props or Animatronics at any time period unless received defective and then the exchange for a new product of the same kind will be made (if possible) or the Original Product will be repaired.( We do not accept Masks and costumes back due to health reasons, we will not resell a used product, this way you are sure you are getting a new product that no one has ever worn.). Cancellation of Special orders that take time to build that are already in progress will result in a 50% restocking fee. Product damage claims must be made to Little Shop of Horrors within 2 days of delivery. No used products will be credited. There will be a 25% restocking Fee on orders returned ( Defective or not ). Special Order Items that take time to build will not be refunded at all but we will make every attempt to repair the problem if one occurs. Shipping Charges will not be Refunded. Shipping must be insured for full value, otherwise the customer is responsible for difference between insured value and actual value. If a custom piece gets damaged in shipping then a repair invoice will be made. IF the claim is denied then the piece can either be fixed by the client or returned for repair by shipping it once again fully insured by the client. If a piece gets returned before the claim is complete then that client will loose any chance of monetary retribution and will be sent back to the original client after repairs are made. Please all or e-mail us for this code before sending back merchandise. In no event will Little Shop of Horrors, its president, officers, employees or other representatives be liable for any damages, may they be indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to product sold or for the free prop directions offered.
